Coordinate client work from the first request to the final handover. OROGON Flow brings the information, ownership and decisions behind a service into one workspace.
Create a client record with the business name, main contact, email, industry and notes. Open the profile to see its connected workflows instead of searching separate lists. In the preview, document references keep a filename and size beside the client; file contents are not uploaded.

02
Make ownership and progress visible
Start a workflow with an owner and due date. Each template creates a checklist that can be completed, reopened or extended with extra tasks. The dashboard calculates progress from the checklist and final approval, so a finished task list is distinct from a completed handover.
Search by workflow, client or owner
Filter active, overdue and completed work
Update workflow ownership and deadlines
03
Approve completed work with context
A workflow becomes ready for approval when every checklist task is complete. Review its notes and activity history before approving the handover. Reopening a completed task also reopens the workflow and requires a new approval, preserving the meaning of completion.
04
Share a practical delivery snapshot
Reports show workflow status, checklist completion and recent activity. Export a CSV with clients, owners, dates, status and progress for a team review. Sample activity is clearly identified. The product preview saves workflow changes in the current browser; paid production storage and feature enforcement are separate implementation work.
