A template gives the team a shared starting point for work that happens repeatedly. Create a fresh checklist for each client, then adapt the tasks and schedule to the engagement.
A five-task checklist takes a new relationship from client details and supporting documents through the service agreement, scope confirmation and kickoff. The starting schedule is seven days, with a separate final handover approval. Change the due date to suit the engagement rather than treating the sample schedule as a service commitment.

Monthly service delivery
A four-task checklist covers collecting monthly inputs, reviewing information, preparing deliverables and completing a quality review. A final approval records the handover decision. Use it as a starting point for a retainer or recurring service. Creating the next period is an explicit action in the preview; automatic scheduling is not enabled.
03
Project kickoff
Confirm the brief, assign the delivery team, create a milestone plan and review risks and dependencies before the launch approval. This template uses a ten-day starting schedule. It is useful when a proposal has been accepted but the team still needs a clear delivery plan.
04
Adapt a template to the client
Choose the template, select a client, assign the workflow owner and set the due date. The new workflow has its own checklist and activity history. Add extra tasks without changing another client's work. Each template is available in the interactive preview so you can compare the starting points before choosing a proposed subscription.
