OROGON Flow is designed around small service businesses with recurring client work, including South African consultancies, agencies and outsourced service providers.
Try a workflow template →Between the proposal and the first working session, the team may need a service agreement, background information and an agreed scope. Use a client onboarding or project kickoff workflow to make those steps visible. Keep context in the client profile and review the handover before delivery starts.
A successful kickoff depends on more than a completed brief. The delivery team needs agreed responsibilities, milestones and decisions on dependencies. Use the project kickoff checklist to coordinate those steps, and add the checks that apply to the client's campaign or project.
Monthly work can become difficult to track when inputs and deliverables move at different speeds. Start a separate monthly delivery workflow for the client, collect the required information and keep the review and approval visible. The report provides a snapshot of unfinished and overdue work for a team meeting.
A founder can start with one client and a small checklist, then reuse the approach for the next engagement. Proposed subscription prices are in South African rands, with monthly and yearly options. Assisted setup and related IT consulting can be scoped with OROGON separately. The current preview lets you explore the workflow before committing to a production service.
Start with a fictional client, complete the checklist and approve the handover.
